“I haven't received the games yet, but I had used Zatu Games in the past, before the no deal Brexit. The one big thing that I wish about Zatu Games is that they could have a branch in Republic of Ireland, so I won't be charged by custom charges which can add a lot of monies. I think it's 23% VAT extra onto whatever games I bought. For example, if I bought €200 worth of games, I would be charged almost €50 on top.”

“Generally good, delivery times are misleading as often items seem to be stored in different locations so if you are ordering for a specific event make sure to leave plenty of time, my last two orders have taken over 5 days befor they have even been dispatched.”

“Strangely for me at least I have found ZATU games seem to have taken a step backwards the last 3 orders I made with them have not had any notification for me as a customer other than the ' Your order has been dispatched. I have had no tracking from any carrier company, fingers crossed that this will reach the correct eyes and, ZATU can go back to being a 5-star company. I do like the company for its choice and helpful staff, I am hoping the dispatch and tracking notifications come back.”

“I use Zatu as my go to shop for board games. I really like the way the website works, though i think the top 20 lists need updating more frequently. The inclusion of video and written game reviews helps better inform purchases and they often have good stock availability and decent pricing. Orders are packaged ad delivered quickly. Over multiple orders I haven't had any issues. In general i would recommendZatu. Unfortunately I had to drop a star on this review as my most recent purchase came packaged in a box that was arguabley too snug for the multiple games inside which has led to some damage to 2 of the game boxes, 1 of which was intended as a gift. Not the end of the world, but I didn't order an 'A Grade damaged item' so annoyed that it turned up that way on this instance”

“Great selection of games and usually competitive prices. I did notice however that a game I searched for went up in price twice. I held on and it did go down again so it’s something I will monitor going forward.”
