Hi there, We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. However, after reviewing the order, we can see that the item in question is a pre-order product and were not listed as in-stock items. Your order confirmation email stated "Expected dispatch on release date. Your order will arrive shortly following this." The product is currently due for release in late June and, as such, have not yet reached their release date. We do not manufacture these products ourselves. We are only able to dispatch items once they have been supplied to us by the manufacturer or Supplier. If we have not yet physically received the stock, we are unable to ship it, regardless of the delivery service selected at checkout.
