“Very disappointed with your delivery service. I paid £25.00 for Saturday service when I placed my order on Friday 4pm as it was a gift for my husband... still not received item and it is Tuesday now. I feel you should refund my £25.00 as you did not deliver on your services”

“I payed for my order, I received a email my parcel is delivered and I’m not received a trainers which i ordered,so now I waiting to see what will be happening,because i found customer service only in what’s up.They said I’m sign in on the delivery,but even nobody knock on my door only email and sms about parcel is delivered.”

“I placed an order since 28th Mar and got a tracking number that hasn't shown anything in over 3weeks. Contacted Zap Fashion, sent so many emails all ignored till now. If a company asked a carrier to deliver an item and the item seems stuck somewhere, it will be good customer service for that company to follow up with the carrier if there is an issue!!! This company TOTALLY IGNORED all my emails for the past 3 weeks or so now. No response!!!! Soo disappointed!!!!!!”

We have been established since 1982 and been stockist of brands such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana ect for more than 20 years. “Purchased item and they haven’t refunded or returned the item to me. I returned the item within their policy and they just ignore me every time I send them the order number. Would not reccomend Been scammed for 320 pounds Stay away!!”

“Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong sized slides and I've contacted them three different times about it through three different mediums (email, whatsapp, and directly off their website) within their returns and exchange period and they never even responded to my email or acknowledged their mistake whatsoever. I don't recommend purchasing from this company at all, as they make themselves look like a completely fraudulent company. Waste of $260 thanks to them.”

“I was given a t-shirt from Zap for Christmas as a present. Unfortunately the sizing wasn't quite right and therefore requested a return form so that I could swap the t-shirt for a bigger size. We were informed that this was not possible as they had a 14 day return policy. You would really expect them to extend their return periods over Christmas, as many other stores do. Found them very unhelpful and unreasonable to deal with. Will not be using again and will stick to shops such as Matches Fashion or End Clothing, who provide far greater customer service!”

“I don’t doubt that your busy because your sale is probably the best there is ,but in the last week I’ve been sent the wrong pair of trainers and now out of stock in the right ones because it took that long to get a returns number also I’ve not had the £11 return postage cost refunded,ive emailed twice,WhatsApp both with no reply to finally speak to someone in the shop who said just post it Royal Mail and it will be refunded,then ordered another t shirt 2 days later which my order just got cancelled,customer service is the worst I’ve known by a long way,anybody can make a mistake but zap are so hard to speak to,in the very unlikely event someone replies to email or answers the phone they are really unhelpful”
