DO NOT use this company I have been chasing a refund for an item sent back on the 29/11/25 and they are just ignoring my emails not answering my calls or messages. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

If you live in europe you will be charged taxes and beyond what is expected( zap told me an amoint and finally it was far more) other webs lile Endclothing deliver to europe withoit a charge. So this is a thing that they could manage. But they make you believe they can do anything.

Hello Joan, Thank you for your review. In Europe taxes and duties are not included in the price. , U.K., USA & AUSTRALIA are the only countries witch taxes and duties are included in the price, and there will be no further fees on delivery. I hope this helps. Thank you ZAP

Miss one delivery when you don’t get told you need a code because I was at work and they send the code over an hour after delivery attempt to then send it back to supplier to then get charged even more money for them to try delivering it again not good enough

I had my credit card details hacked and someone ordered a gift card without my knowledge. I've reported this to my credit card company and the police. Although I have now been asked to write a review about my purchase with ZAP, I have not knowingly ordered anything, so I can't comment on the standard of the product or the service Clearly, not ZAPs fault, but nevertheless it's been quite stressful

I have been charged 35 euros for my purchase! Be careful if you buy from europe. I have bought in other webs from uk and never been charged a single euro. Nobody in Zap warns you before you buy. Be careful. And no, this is not due to DHL.

Very dissapointed with seller. Made a purchase, with cheking their shipping fees, nowhere was mentioned about costumes fee at final check out. It should stated clearly that it will be extra costumes fees when you do final payment so you will be prepared

Not a good review. I made a purchase with 20 percent off and the very next day same item was 30 percent off I emailed zap about that no response then on top of that to even get the item I had to pay another 92 dollars in tariff taxes which wasn’t said upfront. Again and zap has done nothing about it. Can someone help me with this or is this just a forum for when things go well for the company.

Sold me a used item. Wrong packaging. Labels inside lettering all washed off. Stain on jumper. Trying to attempt to get a refund and there portal can not find my order number. Horrid never using this company again no wonder they always have a sale on 24/7

I live in the United States; shipping was simply amazing, I ordered on Monday and I got my ordered by Wednesday (DHL is great) Zap clothing sells luxury designer brands but I don’t believe their packaging is up to par, i personally felt like I brought something from primark… My jacket was under $600 it came without a box, was shipped in a large black bag; comparable to a trash bag. I only pray they sell authentic products because I already gifted my friend that jacket.

I was sadly surprised by your online store. 5 days after paying for the order with my personal card, I was required to confirm the transaction so that I could dial into the bank and all that. I didn't enjoy my purchase. Order number ZAP72670

After waiting for 2 days and wasting a days holiday, I am still waiting for my c.£300 sweatshirt to be delivered. Apparently it has been lost en route, but nobody seems to know anything despite stressing that I needed the item for yesterday as it was a present. Now I have received this request from ZAP asking me to write a review?? Appalling service. I would be wary of buying anything from this company again.

Delayed shipping due to random address verification. Email responses from Zap took 2 days. Critical order was ultimately delayed by a week.
