“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ZAP Clothing. I purchased an item that required a signature upon delivery. I never received the item and, more importantly, I never signed for the package. ZAP provided me with what they referred to as “proof of delivery,” which supposedly demonstrates that the package was signed for. However, the signature section in the documentation they provided contains nothing resembling an actual signature—there is only a smudge in the signature box. Despite this, ZAP is refusing to refund me and has gone as far as telling me that they may involve law enforcement because I initiated a chargeback with my bank over the transaction. I find it extremely concerning that, rather than simply addressing the documented discrepancy regarding the required signature, the company is attempting to intimidate me over exercising my right to dispute a transaction for merchandise I did not receive. I am simply stating the facts: the shipment required a signature, I did not sign for it, and the company’s own “proof of delivery” does not show a legitimate signature. I have retained the documentation and communications regarding this matter. This has led to my package likely either being stolen or delivered to the wrong address and ZAP clothing refuses to properly investigate the matter since they are apparently that greedy for money. Never seen anything like this before in my life. The way this situation has been handled has been extremely unprofessional and has completely changed my perception of ZAP Clothing.”

“My overall experience was excellent! Zap’s prices for luxury apparel are really good and the 20% promotion made the price of the Canada Goose Packable Lodge Hoodie amazing. When I ordered the jacket, I was a bit concerned even though I did my research and Zap had very good reviews. Worst case I hoped the shipping wouldn't take months and I would receive the jacket in a few weeks since it was coming from the UK. To my amazement, I received my jacket in less than 4 days!!!! Great experience and I highly recommend Zap.”
