“I demand a refund as I paid 50$ for shipping that is supposed to be 1-3 working days wich would be tomorrow the tracker says it's not coming till next week so basically you guys mislead me into paying 50$ extra”

“The first jumper I ordered was meant to be the cream Givenchy jumper but you sent the black one by the time I got back from holiday it was to late to return. Just ordered moncler swim shorts paid for them to then get a email next day saying error out of stock now can’t order more as il going on holiday tomorrow. Had a code for a extra 30% off sale items last year it didn’t work. So all in iv had no luck ordering from you and won’t try again.”

“This company is a fraud. The Shoes I purchased were a replica. They had 0 customer service. I asked for a shipping label to be created for me and they can deduct the difference from the credit balance considering it was going to cost over 200$ to ship back from the US. They never responded and still tried to deduct an extra 40$ after the shoes got returned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF.”

“Did not receive my order was told that my address is known for Fraudulent which it isn’t I have lived at this address for 8 years now and have ordered from many other companies like Matchesfashion and End, Farfetch , YOOX and never had any problems with deliveries from these companies. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“placed my ordered in early May 2 dresses 1 jumpsuit,i received the jumpsuit,which was notting like the pitcher,never got the dresses and still haven't received my refund both dresses were out of stock and only found that out when I contacted them regarding the state of the jumpsuit,I've been lied to since been told it was in my bank account,there working on it ect am very disapointed and will never purchase from them again...Never”

Hi, We had to cancel your order as part of your address was incorrect. When calling you a young boy answered who has never heard of yourself before. For this reason, we are not covered for insurance to ship to you and our insurance company told us not to ship these items to yourself. Regards ZAP

“Having problems with getting my delivery, still haven't received my merchandise. UPS claims they tried to deliver my package today around 3:30 was home all day 6/29/19. They never came. I received a package from FedEx today but not my package from Zap...Very disappointed.”

Hi, You placed your order on the 14 June we also emailed you on the 14 June saying "We are really sorry but this item was out of stock. You have been fully refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards ZAP" Were we just went on sale our website went crazy and so did the store some items were bought twice but very few. We apologize for any inconvenience Very Best ZAP

“Poor , never answer the land line I rang them 4 times and emailed 3 times for a returns form and not even had a reply , very dissapointed to be honest after spending £ 400 with this company wish I had ordered through flannels .”

“The reversible Gucci belt I purchased arrived defective. Unfortunately, I did not test the belt until after the 2 week exchange window because I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company & wasn’t anticipating my belt not to reverse due to the price of the item. The buckle does not rotate at all. I will just purchase directly from Gucci in the future. In addition, the packaging was not the same as when you order from Gucci (only dust bag was provided). Lesson learned.”
