“Came when they said it would. Delivery was quick and was bought using a discount code. For info, it was a Canada Goose hoodie. Bought a large from CG first but was too big. Great if you want a baggy look but not for me. Went one size down. Looks good on and heavy. Knocked one star off for no CG packaging. However would buy from here again if price is right.”

“Very good experience from start to finish, I would give it five start , however every return is at your own cost, can cost almost £15-£20 each time depending on the value of the item as often insurance is required”

“Got an absolute bargain on a Loewe wallet, which was received just in time for a birthday present. Removed one star as the bag it was in was damaged and would like to suggest the option to send as a gift in the checkout. Will definitely shop with you again, thanks ZAP!”

“Good transaction. Some problems with their carrier DHL. ZAP customer service helped to insure the problem that DHL was having was resolved. Even then, DHL kept sending me emails that said the delivery address was incorrect. DHL created a lot of drama and misinformation over nothing. The item I ordered was correct and was offered at a price that I couldn’t get elsewhere.”
