Delayed shipping due to random address verification. Email responses from Zap took 2 days. Critical order was ultimately delayed by a week.

Purchased an item and returned it the same day, that was 30th Dec. It's now 3rd Feb and I still haven't recieved a refund for an item which cost over £1000...... I'd prefer to give 0 stars....

The 1-3 day shipping is not valid; as the items take a week to arrive at minimum.

Watch what you buying! I just received my Dsquared skater Jean. On ZAP website, under description, this jeans described as Made In Italy. On the Jean it’s written Made in Romania!! What a scam! I tried to attach a picture but it does not uploads!

I payed an extra 30 dollars for express delivery and after 3 weeks of waiting and countless emails I still haven’t received my package so I had to call my credit card company. I wouldn’t recommend, just a waste of time

It’s sad, I’ve been trying to reach the customer service day and night and no answer to a simple question or email feedback. Not acceptable, looks very fishy and suspicious.

Jacket came and smells of dampness, not surprising as was packaged terribly (in old plastic canada goose bag) then in a Zap clothing bag, no box! Contacted customer services who in my opinion were rude. A lot of money to spend and nothing ‘luxury’ about it

I ordered a size 41, received a size 42. And they made me pay for shipping back to the uk after they sent me the wrong size? Diabolical. First and last time customer.

Hello RJ, Thank you for your review. As stated on our website under all footwear styles is that our sizing is UK sizing not US. You can use our size guide to convert UK sizing to US. Purchased a Balmain polo shirt on Wednesday next day express delivery for a special occasion this is now Sunday still not received contacted Zap who seemed uninterested said I would be returning not even an offer to cover return postage expected more from high end store.

Do not order from this place. It’s a fraud. I’ve ordered from every online retailer but when I ordered from them they sent an email asking for my driver’s license or a copy of my utility bill.

Reallyyyyy disappointed I received the shoes the wrong size I requested size 39 they sent 42. Tried to get a return label they said they were not responsable for shipping back, since they are in London the shipping I paid was 90 dlls. They got to London customs and they haven’t picked it up. I called and they said they do not pick up. INow they want me to pay 198 to be taken to store. This is Soooooo Ridiculous I lost 480 dlls now.. no one seems to care!!!!!!! Think twice before buying with them!!!!

Dear Maria, Thank you for your review however you ordered a 8.5UK which is a 42.5EU and the correct size was shipped to you. Also, it states all returns are down the client online world-wide and the parcel has to come back to our store. We can not go and collect from UPS depos around the UK. The £198 charge is taxes which we should not have to pay if it was booked in as a return product not a purchase. Zap have owed me £348 for over 6 months and still will not refund me despite advising this would be processed months ago, they ignore all my emails and phone calls AVOID AVOID DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY, I AM TAKING THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Parcel was received damaged and I wouldn't of received in this condition but my parents received it. Obviously not zap clothings fault. Nice shorts and lovely colour.

The refund process is very poor. You have to pay to return your clothing, and although they state you may have to wait 8 - 10 days for a refund, I actually got an email after 10 days to say my refund had been paid, but may take 10 days to reach your account. This is a joke. It today’s banking world, refunds should be paid the same day!
