“Hi there I recently bought a jacket and had 2 problems with this site the first one was when buying the jacket I entered all my details and selected to purchase it for the final time I then never got any confirmation emails and also never got an order number however they took the money out my account, once I got the money back in my account I then bought the jacket again and this time it went through with confirmation emails, the problem this time was they sent me the wrong jacket, nothing like the one I purchased not had a good experience with this company at all!”

“I order from you some pants, than they arrive to israel and I have to pay extra for taxes. I talk with your service and we agree that ZAP give back a certain amount. I didn’t receive this amount till now, and you guys ignore my emails.”

“Everything was fine 'till I tried to complete a purchase. After I tried and input the payment, the site got frozen and didn't let me finish. I repeated it three times but couldn't get it so I had to quit and get the item somewhere else.”

“Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Completely avoid. Sent a damaged Gucci zipper that cost £1500. I returned the damaged item and they said I damaged the product. Then Refused to refund my money.”

“Ordered something next day delivery. Took 5 days to find out it wasn’t even in stock, and even then I had to call up the store myself and message on WhatsApp to find out what was going on. Happy to take my money as soon as I ordered however. Just been sent a ‘credit memo’ for my refund which takes 3-5 days, but was receiving review emails before anyone had the courtesy to reply to my query. Shocking online service not worth wasting your time to save a few extra quid with better services elsewhere online.”

“I paid for a pair of Dior shorts and two d&g boxers for my birthday and they sent me an empty box with paperwork for someone order with their Name, address, email address. And they sent the person my order because the person keeps emailing me. They still haven’t responded. I would not suggest anyone buy anything from them. I am a Celebrity Fashion Designer and for them to make a mistake like that is horrible! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
