INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure you are not returning. They charge a lot for shipping yet they do not cover return shipping. Can easily cost up to $100 for returns shipping.

I had trouble placing an order in your Hong Kong website. It could not provide a shipping quote to a local Hong King address. The customer service was not helpful saying no one else has this problem. I ended up changing the website to US base and paid in US dollars. You may want to fix this probelm and train your customer service peoples to be more polite and more helpful!

Sorry but I didn’t receive anything and place there is tax you didn’t inform me more than 60£ + shipment not interesting Farftech much better from fare

There are fake stuff. I wanted to buy a pair of trainers D&G and compared them with Harrods one there are details missing. Don’t rush to buy , check observe

After my order was accepted,I received note that it was cancelled doe to some problems with the delivery address. It was the business address. We are getting tons of correspondence daily and there never was any problem. I sent request to customer service to explain the situation but they never got back to me. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Tried to collect from store prior to my holiday, informed staff member on day I was flying but he said I would have to order online as they didn't deal with sale in store. Ordered online, reluctantly as of course hadnt seen the shoes. Paid for shipping, although I had visited store and attempted to collect as local to me, wasnt an option. Received call from same store I couldn't collect from saying the shoes weren't there, turns out they needed to confirm my address to send shoes out, funny though as the shoes weren't there when I came the day before I flew away? Anyway, the situation seems that DPD attempted delivery of the shoes which was un successful, but did not leave a note saying that the delivery was attempted. It was only when I returned and checked emails etc that this has been uncovered that the delivery was attempted but missed, at this time though ZapClothing, took it upon themselves to refund me for the shoes themselves, funny though not for the shipping costs, even though I never asked for this refund to be processed. Upon a followup email from myself, no response has been received at all, not even an explanation of why the refund has been processed. Zapclothing clearly think that they are better than dealing with me as an individual, discriminating comes to mind. Worst service ever received from a clothing store.
