“Brought a pair of trainers to be told the following day that they are not on there way as they are sold out. Yet quick enough to take the money out of my bank when haven’t even got the trainers”

“Bought Givenchy sneakers. Sneaker was faulty, leather was tearing after first wear. Had to send 5-6 emails and couple of phone calls to get a refund after month long try. Agreed to pay for the return shipping fee but they’ve gone quiet as usual. Be aware for awful communication and customer service.”

“Sent wrong size. I Paid delivery and returns cost expecting an exchange for correct size. Didn't receive it. After a lot of calls and emails they said didn't have my size. Couldn't be bothered to even ask for refund of delivery and return costs. Awful to deal with.”

“This company is a complete scam. I’m not saying that they don’t do some good deals but that’s just for show. I ordered a pair of Givenchy Jeans for $500 and zapsclothing sent me an email an hour later saying the items out of stock...now it’s been 4 days and the charge is stilllll on my card for the $500. This company purposely makes people buy items that they dont have so that they could hold on to people’s money and play with it until they have to legally pay it back. They try to put money on the books and make it look good, they sell people sold out items on purpose. BEWARE. they will take your money.”

“ordered trainers only to have them delivered and find out that they didn't match. When i rang they were extremely unhelpful and told me to email them with what was wrong with the trainers as they could do nothing. They then told me to send them back so they can look at them. By the way i have to pay for the return so they can look at them and make a decision about what they can do.”

“Absolutely appalling. I had my heart set on my slippers and paid and made arrangements based on it. Only for 4days later I get a refund because it’s not in stock. Very very annoying!!! It was my husbands birthday present you ruined!!!”

“Ordered a pair of jeans that was in stock , my order was cancelled I was reimbursed for the order but that’s not the point if the item was in stock when I ordered it then why wasn’t it sent and without a reason ? Poor service”

“Wouldnt send to Sweden to problems in their past with fraud. On their website it says ship worldwide, and Sweden is an option on the list of countries they ship to.. Would not answer My e mail regarding if they never ship to Sweden. Disapointed!”

“One of the worst customer service ever, my emails are not replied, and they are incredibly rude when i called them. I ordered a size 9 sneaker which is the wrong size, i called them and emailed them to cancel it, or to change size, they said they are going to redirect the shipment, but they lied. I called the shipping company to find out that they have not have any changes, so i cancelled the delivery myself. however, the package is still delivered, and i have the suspicion that Zapclothing purposely want it to be delivered to get rid of the item. Never buy from Zapclothing, prices are attractive, but it is a scam company.”
