Poor service. Ordered a jacket online. Jacket not in stock. I had to make 3 telephone calls to establish this. Paypal account credited 5 days later

I received the Gucci sneakers I ordered without the standard Gucci dust bags. After I request those to be sent to me I was basically told with rude messaging that the dust bags were shipped (obviously they were not as I did not receive any) and if I wanted some I should go to a Gucci store to ask for some. Basically, ZAP is not providing the bags. Incredibly disappointing experience for a high value item purchase. Terrible customer service with no resolution to the problem

Hi Travis, You Ordered from us twice, both times you failed our Secuirty checks with address failure. You Used 3 different addresses on 2 orders witch didn’t link to your card. This is why you failed our Secuirty checks. We are selling high value items we can not proceeded with orders unless you pass out security checks. We would advice you to replace the order and have the items sent to the same billing and shipping address. Your order will then pass our security checks. Do not purchase from Zap Clothing! They provide zero customer support and will not stand-by or honor shipment of their merchandise. I recently purchased a wallet from them and everything seemed to go smoothly at first -- within a day I received an email saying the item was shipped. I was impressed at how quickly the package progressed (I had the item shipped to the U.S.), but when the tracking showed the item as delivered I found nothing at the front door. I reached out to Zap Clothing and they did not respond to a single email. I also reached out to the shipping company, Interparcel, and they at least responded but said they couldn't find any more information on the lost package. This whole experience is very upsetting, not just because of the +$200 that I paid for non-delivered merchandise, but also because Zap has completely ignored all my attempts to communicate with them.

I ordered a item two weeks ago, but it is still being in logistics warehouse in UK. I emailed to zap clothing for this problem several times, but they don't reply and do not deal with this problem. I have no choice but to wait for the delivery.

Customer service is awful snobby and rude arrived 10 minutes before closing and was told there shut and they had been told to shut 10 mins early today , quick bs lie even when I was trying to purchase to moncler puffa coats will not use again

Hello I did you purchase a few days ago and was enough for me to realize that I didn't buy more Start that no service and no answer to problems or questions just no one to talk to I sent you a few emails about the wrong order I was obliged on not matching the price listed on the website

Unfortunately I ordered some trainers, the order was processed and I then received an email explaining that the product was out of stock. I contacted zap via phone call and was told the website was having some difficulties.

Never met more pretentious staff in my life. It was my first visit and it will be my last. They appear to have a very good selection of clothing, but I'd rather go the extra few miles and take my service to a shop that would appreciate it.

I purchased a shoe you advertised on your website you debited my credit card for the amount and advised me my order has been processed a day later you sent me an email advising me the product is no longer available I am very disappointed bearing in mind this was my first purchase from you I felt let down my expectations was not met by your company
