“Ordered a deluxe ladder for my 10ft trampoline. Expensive delivery/shipping costs but non in stock elsewhere. No delivery date specified after ordering which annoyed me, however arrived the next day so that was really positive.”

“The trampoline is excellent and very well made. This would have been a 5 star review if the instructions to put it together were not so poor. I recommend someone at Jumpking watches whilst one of their customers struggles with the instructions. About twice as much text is needed; better diagrams and some punctuation! It would be extremely helpful if someone put together a YouTube video to show the key steps and provide an explanation of what is going on in each step. I would still recommend the product as the annoyance of putting it together is soon forgotten - likely why nobody has done anything about it. Nevertheless the first interaction the customer should have is to feel supported through the assembly process. This is an easy fix so please get it sorted Jumpking!”

“The phone call received to check my order was very helpful as I had infact ordered slightly the wrong replacement poles, not realising that they came in two separate sections. It may therefore be worth making this apparent online so that others do not repeat my mistake. In my case though, thank you very much for verifying and amending my order.”

“Ordered & arrived within days for Christmas 👍🏼👍🏼 Only just put up because of the weather ! My grandson who is 2, loves it ! It’s great ! But my son who put it together, not so happy 🤣”

“Excellent trampoline. The first part of the assembly instructions are poor as it seems to assume that you have already joined two pieces together but at no point tells you to do so. Pretty straightforward after that - took two of us a couple of hours to put up. Very happy with it - just never understand why people cant write simple instructions :-)”

“Boxes arrived damaged and missing parts which seems to have been due to all the heavy parts loaded into one box. Replacement parts received very quickly though. Assembly instructions were very poor/confusing with tiny writing. For what is basically a simple large mechano set, the instructions can be made much more simpler and clearer. Apart from this a great trampoline and the kids love it.”

“Customer service staff Amy and Ronni were most helpful in making sure I got my spares correctly. The parts were a bit expensive and the additional fee for delivery to N Ireland is disappointing considering the total cost was over £300”

“Good net and as expected. The only problem is the hold for one of the pole that didn't match. I have 4 poles and to hook the net, it went well on 3 and I was missing a hole on the net to hook on the fourth one but I just hook it like that without any issue. Overall, good net.”

“Great to know that you can buy spare parts for Jumpking trampolines. I ordered a spare part and it arrived two days later, fitted perfectly and the kids are happy again. I don't think cheaper brands are as sustainable”

“We were very excited to get the trampoline, but then quite disappointed that there were two springs missing so we than had to go through the hassle of getting them to make the trampoline safe.”

“A great product and a quick delivery that was here within the time they quoted. I haven't had to deal with any customer services so can't comment here. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply due to the product description as it came with the tie down kit so wasn't any real need to buy it separately - although I will keep it and use the additional ones as it is very windy in the garden so will use the additional anchor points.”
