“Moving VoIP providers was hassle free and easy and was managed by both sides. yay.com seem to have it cracked in relation to technical and customer service support, the web interface does take its time to get used - but there is a knowledge base and if you are really stuck all you need to do is to ask. Prices are competitive and in some instances value for money if you call overseas, using the frequent list of destinations. A list that contains many European and Commonwealth destinations, amongst others, that you don't normally see. Above all, a value for money telephony service with superb customer support and excellent call quality. Well recommended. It's a shame that I didn't yay.com earlier as am saving up to 10 quid a month.”

“Although I am a low user domestic customer I cannot speak highly enough of the way that I was treated when I had a problem recently (September 2016) Nothing was too much trouble with the member of staff with whom I dealt – Laurence. When he said he would call me back he did (which in this day and age is a welcome relief to so called promised return phone calls from mufti-national companies that never materialise!) If you want good service, excellent back up from a VOIP telephone provider look no further YAY.Com is your first port of call. JDB 29/09/16”

“I had never heard of yay.com beforehand. I was a bit unsure what sort of experience I might find - as opposed to the usual Amazon etc.. I found they offered the cheapest price for the Draytek router I wanted, so I bit the bullet and went for it. Any reservations I had at the time were unfounded. The Router arrived next day as advertised and there was no problems at all. Of couysre not had to contact customer service so cant comment on that, but so far based upon expereince, Would I use again? - Absolutely!”
