“Being a non techy guy, I've asked for help a few times over the last few months, every time I've spoken to someone at Yay.com, whether it be email, live chat or on the phone, they have explained everything in a terminology I can understand. I've always been able to get through to someone too, which is a rarity these days... Not only would I recommend Yay for the services they provide, but also for their technical backup and after sales when needed. I'm now saving more money than I thought, plus I've got a fantastic call centre to speak to if needed. Thanks to the guys at Yay.com, you're great!”

“I was around in the 60's when there was this thing called "Good old fashioned service", you know, when stopping at a garage for petrol meant you never got out of your car, when you we're saluted by the RAC or AA, and when shop keepers remembered that the customer was king. I was convinced that this type of service was gone forever until I came across YAY.com to say they go far beyond the expected service of today's businesses is an understatement. YAY's website is simply a dream to use, very easy to understand, NO hidden costs, just plain easy cost effective services, its an absolute breath of fresh air. YAY also answer emails the SAME DAY and their staff have a superb telephone manner. If you are considering any or YAY's services or products my advice is look no further, I guarantee you will not find a better service anywhere. I looked at over 15 providers before I came across YAY and within minutes I was booking my services and products.
