“I recently switched my telephone service to Yay.com and purchased a Grandstream HT701 telephone adaptor to connect my cordless phones base station. In addition I am using the GS Wave app on my iPhone to make and receive VOIP calls. Initially I couldn't get the HT701 working and the helpful customer service team tried adjusting settings and sent me a replacement HT701. I also changed the telephone connector and it works! I'm a very happy customer. I live in rural Suffolk where broadband is taking years to be rolled out. I recently switched to a wi-fi broadband service provider and have now terminated my telephone line. With thanks to SuperHero Broadband and Yay.com's VOIP service I am making significant cost savings. I have an additional business telephone number for 99p a month - fantastic value. The call costs are very competitive too. If I grow my consultancy business I now know a great service provider who can help me keep my virtual office over heads down. Yay! Thank you Yay.com, Peter”

“Yay.com are so helpful, really nice to deal with. I've bought some phones from them, and they always turn up very quickly. I've also been experimenting using Sip trunks. Although they don't have to, they always try really hard to help you set everything up. They don't yet have as many features as some providers, and their documentation isn't as thorough, but their prices are very reasonable, and the service seems reliable. Can't ask for much more.”

“From my first impressions of the website and their offering, to setting things up, and now having used their system for over a month, I have to say I am very impressed with Yay.com. Their services are reliable and great value and the staff really know what they're doing. At one point I found a minor glitch and worked through it with a guy called Laurence who was systematic and friendly and diligent and got everything sorted very quickly. I'm a very satisfied customer and I hope to stay with this VoIP company for a long time. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent, so helpful from the off, can't speak highly enough of Daisy's help trying to help with transferring a number across from another company which has turned out to be quite the opposite, absolutely incompetent.
