Their customer service has been impeccable, much to the point I wonder how at such low prices. The Ui on their site is amazing and has a plethora of easy to use routing options unlike our previous pbx

I have spoken to Yay several times to see if I wanted to use them - each time they have been friendly, helpful and courteous. Today I have started my Free Trial and due to complications at my end it took a while to sort out - Yay couldn't have been more helpful. It's worrying changing from one VOIP supplier to another but I think I will be making the move very soon. Thank you Yay!

I was a little overwhelmed at first by the amount of things on the site, and wasn't overly sure where to start. But I got in touch via the live chat and Laurence went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable of the whole thing, and even phoned me to run through everything on the phone with me. My trial account was set up on X-lite within minutes using remote assistance and I was able to play around with everything I wanted to. I'm now over the moon with the Laurence and the yay.com service, my only regret is that I didn't find it sooner! Very excited to transfer my existing Skype number in and get answering some calls in a professional way! :)

Good service with friendly knowledgeable staff. The only negatives being a lack of clear and simple set-up instructions. The phone was supposed to be pre-configured but was not.

From day one, they have been nothing short of superb. We were lucky - we came from a superb VOIP company and only left because they closed down. I was worried we'd never find as good a company with such great support, but Yay have been perfect! Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough - and I don't recommended many companies! ;)

Like one of the other reviewers here, we also suffer from a slow rural landline broadband (1.5 Mbps on a good day) with no prospect of it ever being upgraded to fibre. I had considered a satellite connection but was never quite convinced enough to risk the outlay required to try it. But a few weeks ago I discovered that we are (just) within reach of an EE mobile mast providing a 4G connection. I was still hesitating about trying it out, but one particularly bad day, when I had to re-boot the landline router about 4 times, I decided enough was enough and splashed out a couple of hundred pounds on a Huawei 4G LTE router, a decent outdoor antenna and an EE rolling one-month data-only SIM contract. Results have been most satisfactory after testing for several weeks, with a robust connection providing download/upload speeds of at least 30/12 Mbps and sometimes substantially faster. The intention was always to dispense with my landline entirely if the 4G system proved reliable and I have now done so. Initially, I thought I would just throw away our home phone and rely on mobiles until someone suggested switching to a VoIP system. I was amazed to find I could transfer my existing landline number to VoIP so I set about finding a suitable VoIP provider. Luckily, I found Yay.com through an internet search and signed up for a one month free trial to test out the concept. I did need some help to configure my 4G router and network correctly but a couple of phone calls to Yay.com had me up and running using a software evaluation phone on my PC. Some concern had been expressed over possible 4G latency issues leading to the kind of delays you sometimes hear on radio news reports when someone uses a satellite phone, but these fears soon proved unfounded. I therefore went ahead and ordered a Grandstream HT701 interface unit to connect my analogue phone on the network as a VoIP phone. The item was ordered late in the afternoon and arrived first thing the following morning. I found configuration details on the Yay.com website and although I did need to tweak a couple of settings I managed to get it working without assistance in just a few minutes. I have found the service from Yay.com to be faultless, and their technical support is a shining example of what we all hope for, but seldom actually experience. Their keen prices are the icing on the cake. I'm a very happy customer.
