I spoke with Charlie today and he spend 2 hours with me to set up my landline and phone number system, he is an absolute credit to the company and it was a pleasure speaking with him.

Decided to move to VOIP and Yay was recommended. Despite being a techie myself, the terminology was confusing. So many acronyms. I emailed the Help@ and received quick and concise advice. I then had further difficulties getting the final connection made and a phone call to Yay resulted in terrific active assistance which solved the issue. Thank you to Dom and Penny.

With some apprehension, I decided to move my landline phone to VOIP. My Fibre provider recommended yay.com. I checked out their website and found that they offered a 14-day free trial which I took up. I found the connection and voice quality to be fine. I then raised a support ticket to get the details for configuring my router to handle the telephone connection. I received a very quick reply (from Dom) who not only gave me the details to configure my router (and pointed out that this information is available in the Dashboard) but then went on to advise other things to consider and configure to make the smooth transition of my land line number. An excellent level of support which is unusual to find from most organisation. I wholeheartedly recommend yay.com

Junaid The client service I received in going through the set up of the yay dashboard was exceptional. Communication with Junaid was Clear , concise and he had a client service mindset where he was happy to cover all questions and ensured we were comfortable before we finish the set up call. Yay.com have been fantastic through our entire experience with them, and my latest support from Junaid has been no exception. They take the time to understand our queries and what we are trying to get out of our system, and support us throughout the entire process - staying on the phone until they are certain everything is working as it should be. Would highly recommend.

While Yay's platform can be a bit complicated to use and pricing is a little on the expensive side, their service is excellent and always seems to work. Clear calls and the customer support is 'top-notch' with speedy responses.

Just had the pleasure of working with Junaid to get our phone system back up and running. He was patient, informative and very kind as technology is not my thing and he talked me through everything. All up and running now.
