"We moved our phone system from another well known provider last year to Yay.com and it's been one of the best things we've done. As a multi-site business we needed a system agile enough to cope with our demands. The Yay platform has everything we need and more. The only downside is that it's all prepay whereas our old provider allowed Direct Debit payment - however, that didn't put us off as it's still well worth the switch. Very highly recommended."
