“I have had hearing aids but as my hearing worsened, they became increasingly unsatisfactory and I was resigned to increasing deafness. A friend then recommended Worcester hearing Centre. Alex spent two hours analysing my hearing and using my existing hearing aids to see whether there could be an improvement. We decided there were better hearing aids Alex also determined that because of my internal ear structure , i needed personal ear moulds on new hearing aids. When the new hearing aids arrived he spent time testing them in my ears, both in the consulting room and outside near traffic. He also advised me to spend more time listening to different sounds and in different environments as I needed to train my hearing now I had effective aids A fortnight later he tested and adjusted from my experience. This level of personal attention and continuing assessment was new to me and made a huge difference.”

“I have been using this service in Worcester since the early days with Victoria. I have always been delighted with the service she gave.In latter years have been under the care of Alex who has also been excellent, caring and professional taking no end of trouble to provide me with the best hearing experience. The receptionists, Kim and Michell, have also been very helpful and polite making each visit a pleasure. I do recommend this service heartily to anyone looking for help with their hearing.”

“We have been using the Worcester centre for my mothers hearing aids for several years now. The team are very welcoming, caring and courteous at all times from phone calls to entering the premises from Kim and Michelle. Each encounter has been dealt with professionally. We have also received excellent care and attention from Alex who has been professional and kind in his approach at all times. We are never rushed and treated as individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend this centre, and the team, to anyone seeking help with hearing issues.”

“I use my ears for my job (sound engineer) and so was very nervous about having my ears cleaned. I was put at ease immediately and the service was friendly, professional and entirely ethical. Informed consent was gained throughout the entire process and I was constantly being asked if I was ok with what was happening. Turned out I actually really enjoyed the process and I had no need to be nervous. Will definitely be going back.”

“Being a 71 yr old ,I thought poor hearing went with the territory ,but recently I could barely hear through my right ear causing me concern .My lad Mike had a successful treatment a while back and reccomended Worcester Hearing Centre . I made an appointment and was early and waited in reception where Michelle on reception offered and made me a lovely cup of tea . Very kind I thought . On time ,Laura the Audiologist came out and escorted me into the treatment room .I had already completed my medical form in reception so she knew my history . I had been using Earol for a few days on there recommendation to try and soften any wax build up . She inspected my ears and then showed me using a mini camera how blocked my ears were . The first session she managed to clear my left ear ,so result ,but my right ear was very blocked and another visit required a few days later .This removed a bit more but decades of build up proved stubborn . Another visit was required . While waiting for the next appointment my right ear was aching and I rang the centre . Alex ,the owner booked me in and made more progress in removing the stubborn wax . By now I knew everyone there ,including the other receptionist Kim .more Earol was needed and another appointment with Alex .finally after four appointments the right ear was sorted and I could hear again .massive result . No extra charge was made and everyone was lovely ,patient,and couldnt do enough to help .The fee of eighty pounds was a bargain in sorting my problem .My hearing is the best I can remember and vital to me as I work in motorsport trackside . “When I called to book an appointment for earwax removal, I received helpful and prompt service from Michelle and Kim in reception and continued friendly and efficient service from them on the day I attended. “This is the fifth year since ,full of apprehension, I brought my troubles to the Worcester Hearing Centre. I was over eighty, and my severe deafness had begun to make my life in a retirement village exasperatingly difficult. To my amazement I entered the historic , black and white building to be warmly welcomed into an astounding combination of kindness, expertise and ,pardon the pun, listening ears. The continuity of care- having six monthly check ups with Alex- plus the ability to make instant contact should something crop up in between has been invaluable. The technology is continually updated and the introduction to anything new which might help ,is by suggestion, clearly explained but without pressure. My latest acquisition is a tv connector. This has proved to be quite magical as it has-restored my pleasure in listening to music and increased the clarity of the TV sound .Additional bonuses are that people sharing the experience can hear at their chosen sound level and those in neighbouring flats no longer complain! A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Worcester Hearing Centre who all aim for best possible outcomes and make it a pleasurable experience getting there.”

“My ears were really giving me trouble and I was really worried about them. I went to see Alex initially with regards to my tinnitus, but a quick and easy hearing test discovered I had partial hearing loss! He recommended hearing aids for the hearing loss & tinnitus. A bit of a shock as I am only 40. Alex was was really helpful, explaining all the options, prices and benefits they may bring, which really put my mind at rest. Since wearing the aids my hearing as improved (my wife gives her huge thanks!), and my tinnitus just has reduced. I would highly recommend Worcester hearing centre, they have been very helpful and provided great aftercare. 5 stars!”

“after experiencing problems with my hearing aids that i bought on line, and not finding the suppliers helpful, I contacted Worcester Hearing Centre, and got a very warm reception on the phone. I therefore made an appointment and spent an hour and a half with Adam. It was without question the most thorough and professional audiology appointment I have ever had. The result is very much improved performance from my existing aids and reassurance about the underlying condition of my hearing. Michelle and Kim in Reception were friendly and professional (thanks for the coffee) and I would recommend this Hearing Centre to anybody. This was the best £250 I have spent in a long time.”
