“Exceptional service from Worcester Hearing Centre, from both Michelle on desk and expert Adam who sorted my blocked ears so that I can hear again! He explained everything and was so very caring that I felt completely at ease. He also advised on some simple changes I could make to help prevent problems in the future.”

“I recieved a throughly professional experience from the team at Worcester Hearing Centre. From the first time I walked through door I was made to feel that my hearing needs would be carefully diagnosed using specialist equipment and that the appropriate solution for myself would be offered rather than a generic service. The follow up meetings to fine tune my hearing aids to suit my every day needs has been exemplary. I have now been wearing my hearing aids for 3 months and I can confidently say that they have changed my life. In social and private situations. I am now able to hear things that I have not heard or only slightly heard for over 20 years. I would highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre if you are in need of professional hearing service.”

“At my first major review after a Q&A session it was found that my hearing in the right ear had deteriorated further. Adjustment was made to the right hearing aid and normal levels of hearing reinstated. Nice to know that you are in good and experienced hands.”

“After having a nasty virus which ended up causing an ear infection perforated ear drum and some hearing loss I decided to book a hearing test at Worcester Hearing Centre. I arrived to be greeted very warmly by the receptionist who straight away put me at ease. I was then introduced to Alex my audiologist who straight away made me feel very welcome and talked me through the procedure and hearing test. Over the last few weeks he has been very patient fine tuning my hearing aids to suit my lifestyle and is always at the end of a phone if I have any problems. I can now hear even better and my confidence has been boosted thanks to my visit there.”

“Extremely good customer service, got me an appt within 2 days and we’re flexible on times etc. on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful (sorry her name escapes me!) and talked me through the process. There was no delay and the gent who did the treatment was fast and very effective having talked me through it. All in all very very good and will use them again”

“Able to fit in an extra quick appointment to review my hearing aids. Seen within a few days of asking at a time convenient for me with my usual audiologist and issue solved on the day. “Would not hesitate in recommending Worcester Hearing Centre for anyone having issues with their hearing/hearing aids. From first contact with Alex I felt reassured that I was dealing with someone who was extremely knowledgeable and who also had a clear understanding of the issues arising from hearing loss. Following a detailed and comprehensive hearing assessment, Alex advised what options were available and gave objective advice on the best solution - no pressure selling - together we arrived at the best solution for me…so far so good, very pleased with the improvement my new hearing aids are providing.”

“I went to Worcester Hearing Centre because my left ear was clogged, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional and friendly. “I had been struggling with hearing aids for a long time finding that none of them worked for me. I was eventually referred to an ENT specialist who referred me to Worcester Hearing where I met Alex. I had photos taken of my ears which no one else had done and which showed that I have very narrow tubes and the other hearing aids simply didn’t fit. Alex had some made and the next time I saw him I could hear! I had a bit of difficulty getting them in but feel more confident with that now. They have made such a difference now that I can hear people and telephone conversations. A very big thank you Alex”

“Ok, so far I have had the most excellent attention from Alex Eaves who is the most knowledgeable person I have come across in auditory circles. Keep up the good work. Also your reception staff are most attentive and always ask if I would like a tea or coffee, a nice touch.”

“It's been quite a journey these past three years .. with several previous audiology teams and considerable support from ENT departments at WRI and QE Birmingham .. but Alex EAVES (at Worcester Hearing Centre) made my day happy .. nay ecstatic .. by allowing me to hear my darling wife Penny's real voice (rather than a robot) .. within 45 minutes of my first appointment at the Worcester HEARING Centre.
