My ears were really giving me trouble and I was really worried about them. I went to see Alex initially with regards to my tinnitus, but a quick and easy hearing test discovered I had partial hearing loss! He recommended hearing aids for the hearing loss & tinnitus. A bit of a shock as I am only 40. Alex was was really helpful, explaining all the options, prices and benefits they may bring, which really put my mind at rest. Since wearing the aids my hearing as improved (my wife gives her huge thanks!), and my tinnitus just has reduced. I would highly recommend Worcester hearing centre, they have been very helpful and provided great aftercare. 5 stars!
