“I have recently had earing aids fitted at the Worcester branch with Laura. All staff there are very friendly and efficient. Laura is very professional and knowledgeable. Everything is exlained in great detail. She is very passionate, has a considerable amount of patience and gives her all to provide a first class service.”

“If you care about getting the best solutions for your hearing needs this is the place! I initially went to Worcester Hearing Centre several years ago and now on my 2nd hearing aid after upgrading to rechargeable. I am currently looked after by Adam who is a great asset to the practice. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming every time I visit. As they are an independent practice there is a much wider choice of hearing aids compared to the big chains.”

“The receptionists, Kim and Michelle were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. I was given useful information about my procedure. Adam, the practitioner was also very friendly and informative and professional and I was very comfortable with how the procedure was explained and expedited. “I’m now in my 6th year with Alex at Worcester and I’ve recently upgraded to the Oticon Intent hearing aids. Alex suggested that I try the latest Phonak and Oticon models before making my decision. After one month of wearing my new Oticon aids I’ve just had them ‘tweaked’ following a thorough consultation and verification session with Alex. From day one Worcester Hearing Centre has been first class in all aspects - professionalism, welcoming, listening and explaining. All with no high pressure selling. They are a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them without hesitation. If you’re in the Worcester area and you have a hearing issue, don’t waste your time researching other hearing centres, go straight to WHC!”

“I have recently updated my hearing aids through Alex at Worcester Hearing Centre after already having a pair for 5 years, the service has always been exceptional. The new Phonak Sphere hearing aids have made a life changing difference for my social circles. “The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Reception always do their best to find an appointment as soon as possible on a date and time I can fit around work snd always give a warm welcome. I saw Tom for my procedure this time and he was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend WS Hearing.”

“Amazing! I’ve had NHS and Private hearing aids for 20 odd years. My new ones from Stratford are the best ever and all because of the expert personal service. The consultation was an un rushed conversation about me and my personal needs and the environments I live in. It was not just a hearing test! Within a couple of hours I walked out with a pair of aids, programmed for me to test in the next couple of weeks. Yes, I bought them and what a difference to my life - I hear clearly out and about, at the theatre, in restaurants. My phone, car, music apps and tv come through my hearing aids but to watch tv with family with the sound set at their level and it also coming into my ears at my level is a revelation for us all. Maybe you know about all the gizmos, after service etc but that’s why I gave a 5* review because I didn’t, until they took the time to find out what I needed and which hearing aid would best suit me. I also popped in last week with a connection query and was seen and sorted immediately!”
