“I had a problem with my ear and on phoning was offered a same day appointment at Stratford. Maariyah dealt with the problem efficiently and courteously talking me through each procedure while reassuring me at the same time. The problem was resolved and I left able to hear again perfectly well. All the staff I had contact with were kind and professional. If only every health service provided was like this. I was very impressed overall with every aspect of this service.”

“I have visited Worcester Hearing centre a number of times now and have always received a friendly welcome and expert service. Kim and Michelle on reception are always happy to help. I have received great care and expert knowledge from the audiologist Laura, who is always very professional. I would highly recommend Worcester Hearing centre.”

“I have been wearing hearing aids for thirty years and as the years go by and my hearing becomes worse getting the right aid and getting it set up to work becomes more difficult. A friend recommended Worcester Hearing and I made an appointment with Alex. The examination and assessment were far more thorough than any I have had previously.The aids were set up and programmed and worked well . Compared with previous aids from other supplies who took months in some cases to get them to work well for me Alex sorted the in a couple of visits as promised. I can now hear conversations in all those difficult situations that were not possible before. Finally I know that any problems I might have will be dealt with quickly and not take weeks or even months as with other suppliers”

“Recently had hearing issues and was recommended to Worcester Hearing Centre by my ENT Consultant. They are the most friendly, helpful people I know and nothing is too much trouble. I was assessed and seen very quickly and problem sorted swiftly, very happy with the level of service I have received from both my hearing specialist Alex and the reception staff are very friendly and efficient too, would definately recommend them to anyone 👍”

“Alex has an amazing ability to put clients at ease. He explains every step thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand. He went above and beyond to convince my mother in law that her hearing loss was a normal part of getting older. He practically demonstrated how much of a difference hearing aids would make to her life, and indeed they have! The whole family is so grateful 🙏 His aftercare service has also been thorough and attentive. He has a cheerful demeanor and lots of patience, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Alex for all your hard work 😃 The price reflects the high quality of the aids, they are well made and easy to use.”

“Had earwax removal done at Worcester Hearing Centre. Laura explained the procedure and then it took no more than a a couple of minutes per ear. After she finished she showed me on screen, via her camera that my ears were wax free, lovely and clean. My hearing is much better now. I would definitely recommend Worcester Hearing Centre to anyone who's looking to have this procedure done.”

“Very welcoming environment. Reception were great, clear advice and were flexible with rearrangement. My specialist, Alex, was also very clear in explaining the procedure and it was done within 10 minutes. I’m very happy with the experience overall.”

“I was a little nervous on my arrival , because of a previous experience I’d had at another place , not at Stratford Hearing . But I needn’t have worried, it was all very reassuring, explained beautifully,I would thoroughly recommend Stratford Hearing . Many thanks .”

“I can thoroughly recommend the Worcester Hearing Centre. As part of the 5 year package I returned for a 6 month check up today and just a small alteration was necessary to make my hearing aids even better. Alex performed a Real Ear Measurement in order to fine tune the settings. He also removed a little wax from one ear which was painless and quick. I have been delighted with my aids which use AI in noisy environments to cut out background noise. I can honestly say this has hugely improved my life, I no longer have to think about where I should sit in a cafe for example, when meeting friends. Going to the theatre, concerts and even streaming music is much more enjoyable. From my first visit Kim and Alex have explained everything clearly and I could not be more impressed with the standard of care I have received. Thank you.”

“Whilst on holiday I experienced a problem with one of my hearing aids . On my return, driving through Worcester, I called in and the problem was fixed immediately. All staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and extremely pleasant to customers - it is a joy to visit.”

“Maariyah at Stratford has provided me with better hearing with fantastic rechargeable hearing aids that have given me back my confidence after wearing NHS hearing aids which have been sufficient but nothing like the service I have received and on going care has been remarkable.”
