“I have been coming to see Alex for several years, as I had gone deaf due to compacted wax in both ears. Alex was kind and gentle and explained the removal procedure well. What a relief to hear again, thankyou. The receptionists are always bright, smiling and welcoming, they put you at ease.”

“I encountered challenges with my NHS hearing aid and was uncertain about how to address them. Seeking assistance, I scheduled an appointment with Alex Eaves at the hearing centre. I was impressed by his professionalism and extensive knowledge regarding my hearing loss. He guided me through the best course of action for moving forward. I also want to mention Kim and Michelle in reception for their kindness and warm welcome. I highly recommend the Worcester & Stratford Hearing Centre.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff Adam Waters always makes me feel valued as a customer and when first seen to discuss the option of hearing aids was not pushy in anyway from a sales point of few which was my reason for coming back to purchase.. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.”

“Always a pleasure when my six-monthly appointment comes round - the team are so professional. Michelle and Kim look after the Worcester clients, reception and telephones, displaying excellence at all times. Laura is caring, explaining procedures and the workings of the ear. “Love Stratford Hearing Centre ! Best choice I made to start two visits a year to keep my ears from blocking up ! No more “ battles” with GP surgery to get syringed ! No more nonsense instructions like,” put oil in your ears for 10 days “ Can’t recommend Stratford Hearing Centre highly enough .”

“Andrew KInsella The service at Worcester Hearing Centre is excellent. Over the past 12 years I have been to a number of Hearing services and this is head and shoulders above the others. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The audiologist Adam is superb and is clearly dedicated to give the very best service to his clients. Not only is he very knowledgeable but takes the time to ensure that they are given the best assessment and hearing aids that he can provide. The ones l have now are by far the best l have ever had and l am delighted with how they perform.”

“Compared to my experience with other companies I have found that Worcester Hearing Centre provides an outstanding service. The reception team are always welcoming and efficient. Adam is approachable and very knowledgable and has given excellent care and advice in the selection and fitting of my new hearing aids. He listens carefully and takes time to make sure I understand how my hearing aids function. He is prompt in responding to any queries I may have at anytime. The follow up appointments to fine tune the hearing aids have also been very good. I highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre.”

“I have been very impressed with the whole service; wax removal, hearing tests and hearing aid purchase. Alex has been very professional, helpful and patient. I previously had NHS hearing aids but struggled with the batteries and am so pleased to have the rechargeable, high spec aids. I am managing very well with the technology, and at 93 years old it’s an achievement.”

“I highly recommend the WS Hearing Center. I got an appointment very quickly. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Hearing tests were promptly executed. The results were then explained to me, the solutions offered, the choice was mine. I have now an hearing aid out of very high quality (I appreciate the fact that I have a discreet, aesthetic charger for it, no batteries to change) which I do not feel at all. I had different appointments to adjust the sound in my hearing aid and still get some; recovery does not occur overnight but I know I am in professional hands of very competent audiologists. I am pleased I went there. In fact, it was one of my friends’ recommendation CM 30 11 2023”

“I attend the Worcester Hearing Centre for earwax removal and receive excellent treatment for this problem from the clinicians there. But I would also like to mention the front desk staff, Michelle, Laura and Kim, who all have a very welcoming and reassuring manner and are most helpful when booking appointments. On one particular occasion when the Centre was very busy and I was keen to be seen as quickly as possible, while booking me the first appointment available, they offered to let me know of any earlier cancellation. This subsequently occurred and I was very grateful indeed. Commendable customer service!”
