after experiencing problems with my hearing aids that i bought on line, and not finding the suppliers helpful, I contacted Worcester Hearing Centre, and got a very warm reception on the phone. I therefore made an appointment and spent an hour and a half with Adam. It was without question the most thorough and professional audiology appointment I have ever had. The result is very much improved performance from my existing aids and reassurance about the underlying condition of my hearing. Michelle and Kim in Reception were friendly and professional (thanks for the coffee) and I would recommend this Hearing Centre to anybody. This was the best £250 I have spent in a long time.
