“A fabulous and thorough experience! Having had a less than satisfactory free, but cursory, hearing test at a chain company my husband and I were more than willing to pay £45 each for this 2 hour joint appointment with Alex at Worcester Hearing. Alex asked lots of questions to get a full picture of our health and lifestyle and did a variety of tests culminating in a thorough assessment of our hearing. At no point did we feel he was pressuring us to buy anything, and I can guarantee we’ll be going back when we feel the need for a hearing aid. Thank you to Alex and his professional, welcoming team.”

“Excellent service. Always helpful whenever a problem occurs, from earwax removal to changing wax guards. The regular 6 month review is invaluable as you don't always realise when things are not quite up to scratch. Lovely people.”

“I’d highly recommend this hearing centre. Alex has been professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain things clearly. “I was recommended The Hearing centre by my consultant. The care and professionalism given to me by Alex and the team is unbelievable. The attention to detail, the thorough examination through to the fitting of my hearing aids has been nothing but first class. The follow up care is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was particularly impressed as I have a neurological condition that has affected my hearing loss and Alex spent time researching this and getting me the best care he could. I cannot recommend the Hearing Centre enough and I want to thank them for the care and attention I receive.”

“Excellent service, very thorough initial hearing test with full explanations given for the options available. The fitting and follow-up appointments have been most helpful making familiarisation with the product seamless and adapting to my hearing aids has been problem-free, most successful. I can highly recommend. The difference it has made to daily life is wonderful, it is a joy being able to hear clearly again.”

“Hearing problems? Then I can fully recommend Worcester and Stratford Hearing Centres. From the moment I walked up to reception I was made welcome and offered a hot drink. When I met my consultant (Alex, by the way) he too was warm and welcoming, very professional, understanding and very efficient. I found the whole experience a joy. Cannot fault the service offered and received. Worth the five stars given.”

“I've been a customer of the Worcester hearing centre for 5 years, I started attending on the recommendation of a family member when my hearing was deteriorating and the NHS service was very insufficient for my needs, It was the best decision I could have made, my new Phonak hearing aids were superb and far superior to anything I'd been given in the previous 10 years under the NHS, I suddenly felt in contact with people again, being able to converse in restaurants and other noisy environments, I have regular schedule appointments for checking that all is working well and anytime in-between appointment I am able to get immediate help to fix earwax problems or for service and adjustments to my hearing aids, I could not find another high street practice that can offer the state of the art service that Worcester Hearing centre provides, In particular I'm very grateful for the help of the dedicated staff on reception and to Alex my Audiologist for his dedication and commitment,”
