“I had been struggling with poor hearing for some time. I now wished I had visited Maariyah at Stratford Hearing Centre sooner as she has made so much difference to my life. I can hear my family and friends clearly, enjoy television, the cinema, the theatre and once again hear the birds sing. The Centre is very pleasant to visit and has all the equipment to make sure you have the correct hearing aids for yourself. Maariyah explained everything very clearly and gave me great confidence to wear my hearing aids. Their follow up consultations, after being set up, are weekly then monthly until totally satisfied and Maariyah is always available for any questions/concerns. I highly recommend Stratford Hearing Centre.”

“I have been a client of Worcester Hearing Centre for six years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team are welcoming and approachable, and you are made to feel immediately comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. The Hearing Centre radiates its family feel, and they make you feel like you are a member of it too. Alex has been my audiologist since the beginning and has always been incredibly supportive. He has always demonstrated the perfect blend of professionalism and personal connection. He has led me through the whole process and has continually understood my personal needs better than anyone else in my prior experiences, both within the NHS and other businesses. When I found Worcester Hearing Centre, I’d all but given up on wearing hearing aids, and had no self-confidence, but with Alex’s support I have been able to find my confidence again. Now in my mid-twenties, I am unrecognisable compared to my first appointment, I now wear my hearing aids proudly! I’d like to add that the receptionist team are also exceptional and are always there to help with any concerns no matter how minor. Being a client of Worcester Hearing Centre and the relationship I have built with Alex has been life changing, and therefore I would never go anywhere else.”

“The initial interview and results have been very beneficial. I had a service package offered to me and I have found that absolutely superb and amazing value for money. Easy access and results from those visits have always been very beneficial to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has hearing difficulties without reservation.
