We have been using the Worcester centre for my mothers hearing aids for several years now. The team are very welcoming, caring and courteous at all times from phone calls to entering the premises from Kim and Michelle. Each encounter has been dealt with professionally. We have also received excellent care and attention from Alex who has been professional and kind in his approach at all times. We are never rushed and treated as individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend this centre, and the team, to anyone seeking help with hearing issues.
