I have had hearing aids but as my hearing worsened, they became increasingly unsatisfactory and I was resigned to increasing deafness. A friend then recommended Worcester hearing Centre. Alex spent two hours analysing my hearing and using my existing hearing aids to see whether there could be an improvement. We decided there were better hearing aids Alex also determined that because of my internal ear structure , i needed personal ear moulds on new hearing aids. When the new hearing aids arrived he spent time testing them in my ears, both in the consulting room and outside near traffic. He also advised me to spend more time listening to different sounds and in different environments as I needed to train my hearing now I had effective aids A fortnight later he tested and adjusted from my experience. This level of personal attention and continuing assessment was new to me and made a huge difference.
