“My hearing is perfect. Probably in no small part due the care I receive, usually once a year, in dealing with ear wax removal and ear drum inspection. Apparently the shape of my ear canals is ‘challenging’! Today I saw Laura again. She is knowledgeable, professional , gentle and efficient. I have complete trust that I will always receive good care and treatment and would not hesitate to recommend this centre and it’s lovely friendly and helpful staff.”

“When I decided I needed hearing aids I chose an independent specialist and Worcester Hearing Centre was recommended by a friend. The entire journey with this company from the initial hearing assessment to supplying the aids and several after care appointments has been excellent top quality service. I wasn’t sure I would cope with aids all day every day but thanks to Alex’s and the rest of the staff I now have my hearing back Thanks to everyone Well Done Regards Dave Broughall.”

“Having recently moved to Worcester and needing to find somewhere to deal with my hearing issues I found Worcester hearing centre. I was not disappointed. Their level of care, professionalism and friendliness was excellent. This was evident from my first visit and the welcome received from the reception staff right through to the treatment I needed by the audiologist. I will definitely go back for my check up next year.”

“I went to Worcester Hearing centre as both my hearing aids had stopped working and my previous supplier couldn’t be contacted. I had a quick appointment and the a full hearing review as a new customer with Adam and I can honsestly say I have never had such a thorough consultation! Adam fully explained every step and went through all results and options, but most importantly fixed my aids on the day. To being offered a coffee by the lovely receptionist on arrival all the way to end of consultation couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”
