I use my ears for my job (sound engineer) and so was very nervous about having my ears cleaned. I was put at ease immediately and the service was friendly, professional and entirely ethical. Informed consent was gained throughout the entire process and I was constantly being asked if I was ok with what was happening. Turned out I actually really enjoyed the process and I had no need to be nervous. Will definitely be going back.
