“Compared to my experience with other companies I have found that Worcester Hearing Centre provides an outstanding service. The reception team are always welcoming and efficient. Adam is approachable and very knowledgable and has given excellent care and advice in the selection and fitting of my new hearing aids. He listens carefully and takes time to make sure I understand how my hearing aids function. He is prompt in responding to any queries I may have at anytime. The follow up appointments to fine tune the hearing aids have also been very good. I highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre.”

“Customer service excellent for me, over several years, incorporating Stratford and Worcester offices, reception and hearing staff alike. Quality of hearing aids can only be described as product leader with options for payment methods. Overall very satisfied with my choice of hearing care.”

“I have been very impressed with the whole service; wax removal, hearing tests and hearing aid purchase. Alex has been very professional, helpful and patient. I previously had NHS hearing aids but struggled with the batteries and am so pleased to have the rechargeable, high spec aids. I am managing very well with the technology, and at 93 years old it’s an achievement.”

“I highly recommend the WS Hearing Center. I got an appointment very quickly. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Hearing tests were promptly executed. The results were then explained to me, the solutions offered, the choice was mine. I have now an hearing aid out of very high quality (I appreciate the fact that I have a discreet, aesthetic charger for it, no batteries to change) which I do not feel at all. I had different appointments to adjust the sound in my hearing aid and still get some; recovery does not occur overnight but I know I am in professional hands of very competent audiologists. I am pleased I went there. In fact, it was one of my friends’ recommendation CM 30 11 2023”

“I attend the Worcester Hearing Centre for earwax removal and receive excellent treatment for this problem from the clinicians there. But I would also like to mention the front desk staff, Michelle, Laura and Kim, who all have a very welcoming and reassuring manner and are most helpful when booking appointments. On one particular occasion when the Centre was very busy and I was keen to be seen as quickly as possible, while booking me the first appointment available, they offered to let me know of any earlier cancellation. This subsequently occurred and I was very grateful indeed. Commendable customer service!”

“I was a little worried about having a tinnitus assessment after having high pitched ringing in my ears for a few years. The staff at the Stratford centre were extremely friendly and supportive. The tests were explained and I felt more relaxed, the audiologist, Maariyah Arshad, made me feel that what I was going through was normal, more importantly controllable, endorsing what I was already doing. I left feeling relieved pleased I had attended and a lot more informed of the condition I have and how I can live with it.”

“Went to see Alex for a wax removal as I had become deaf in one ear.It was a bit of a shock when my hearing didnt return to the level I had expected. Lucky I was in safe hands with Alex. One year on and with my hearing aids connected to my devices via bluetooth I have joined the 21st century. Being a music lover my life is better now tham before. Thanks Terry Maryon”

“For over five years or more, I have attended Worcester Hearing Centre, and not regretted my decision. I would recommend them without hesitation. “I was in need of urgent wax removal and when I phoned, I was offered an appointment in a few days. I found Adam to be very informative and pleasant, completing micro suction of wax from both ears within minutes. He explained the procedure thoroughly to me beforehand. Unlike some practices, he didn't try to carry out a hearing test immediately afterwards as this is not good timing. I wasn't pressured in any way and he offered for my ears to be checked for wax at regular intervals, if I wanted, which is very reassuring as wax can build up quickly. All in all, I felt I was well looked after and would thoroughly recommend.”

“After a discouraging experience at a High Street opticians I decided to approach Stratford Hearing Centre. It has proved to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The quality and length of the hearing test, with a full explanation at each point put me at ease. Maariyah explained every stage and I began to feel confident about beginning my journey with hearing aids. She has been reassuring whilst understanding that hearing loss is an emotional as well as physical thing. Having the amplification raised gradually has been an enormous benefit. Maariyah has also patiently explained how to care for my hearing aids. It has been fascinating to see how my devices are programmed to suit my lifestyle. I’m going forward to my 6 monthly checks feeling so grateful that I’ve got such a vital part of my life back.”

“Having been reluctant to admit to hearing loss in recent years, I am so pleased I took the step to contact The Stratford Hearing Centre. I have been so impressed with the level of care, skill and attention that is provided. Maariyah has just been great. She answers all my questions, shows great patience, skill and understanding, and has done everything to ensure I get the optimum benefit from my hearing aids. “My wife has had NHS Hearing Aids for some 23 years and inJanuary 2023 had her 4th set but has had nothing but trouble with them and the lack of service in as much as in August she could not hear with them and on contacting them for a service we weretold an appointment was not available till September. As this was out of the question we contacted Worcester Hearing Centre to be told they could not get us in for a hearing test for 2 days, a big improvement from NHS. So we have gone down the route of paying privately and although expensive is worth every penny for a 5 year plan. The treatment my wife has had has been wonerfull and therefore we would recommend that Worcester Hearing Centre is worth considering. Eileen & Neil Stammers”

“I have received brilliant service from Worcester Hearing Centre for over 10 years now. I started off being seen by Victoria and Tom all those years ago and now regularly have appointments with Alex. He is very professional; extremely approachable and patient, going to great lengths to explain everything clearly and in sufficient detail so that you end up knowing all you need to know and importantly feeling confident with your hearing aids. “Adam gave me a first class experience in adjusting my hearing aids. He immediately diagnosed my difficulties with my current settings and expertly fine tuned the settings to achieve instant improvement.
