I attend the Worcester Hearing Centre for earwax removal and receive excellent treatment for this problem from the clinicians there. But I would also like to mention the front desk staff, Michelle, Laura and Kim, who all have a very welcoming and reassuring manner and are most helpful when booking appointments. On one particular occasion when the Centre was very busy and I was keen to be seen as quickly as possible, while booking me the first appointment available, they offered to let me know of any earlier cancellation. This subsequently occurred and I was very grateful indeed. Commendable customer service!
