Compared to my experience with other companies I have found that Worcester Hearing Centre provides an outstanding service. The reception team are always welcoming and efficient. Adam is approachable and very knowledgable and has given excellent care and advice in the selection and fitting of my new hearing aids. He listens carefully and takes time to make sure I understand how my hearing aids function. He is prompt in responding to any queries I may have at anytime. The follow up appointments to fine tune the hearing aids have also been very good. I highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre.
