“Alex and Tom and the staff at the Worcester and Stratford hearing Centres could not do enough to help me. My job requires specific hearing tests for my hearing aids and both they and their staff go the extra mile to ensure the entire process is well explained. “The initial interview and results have been very beneficial. I had a service package offered to me and I have found that absolutely superb and amazing value for money. Easy access and results from those visits have always been very beneficial to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has hearing difficulties without reservation. “Lifechanging is the only way to describe the latest generation Phonak aids. Tom and Alex looked after my father and then me too, for many years now – both of us with very poor hearing, their care and advice is as important as is the new ground-breaking technology itself. The associated app is spot on for adjusting to different settings, mainly in my case, groups of 8 or so. Also, this year I’ve been using to great effect the Phonak multidirectional, wireless microphone [Roger On], enabling me to fully take part in boardroom environments – totally invaluable. On a day to day basis I completely forget that I’m wearing hearing aids, the all-round assistance from Tom and Alex in achieving this state is greatly appreciated.”

After using a national chain where the customer is just a number the service and expertise at Worcester Hearing Centre was truly enlightening.
