My wife has had NHS Hearing Aids for some 23 years and inJanuary 2023 had her 4th set but has had nothing but trouble with them and the lack of service in as much as in August she could not hear with them and on contacting them for a service we weretold an appointment was not available till September. As this was out of the question we contacted Worcester Hearing Centre to be told they could not get us in for a hearing test for 2 days, a big improvement from NHS. So we have gone down the route of paying privately and although expensive is worth every penny for a 5 year plan. The treatment my wife has had has been wonerfull and therefore we would recommend that Worcester Hearing Centre is worth considering. Eileen & Neil Stammers
