I was in need of urgent wax removal and when I phoned, I was offered an appointment in a few days. I found Adam to be very informative and pleasant, completing micro suction of wax from both ears within minutes. He explained the procedure thoroughly to me beforehand. Unlike some practices, he didn't try to carry out a hearing test immediately afterwards as this is not good timing. I wasn't pressured in any way and he offered for my ears to be checked for wax at regular intervals, if I wanted, which is very reassuring as wax can build up quickly. All in all, I felt I was well looked after and would thoroughly recommend.
