I was a little worried about having a tinnitus assessment after having high pitched ringing in my ears for a few years. The staff at the Stratford centre were extremely friendly and supportive. The tests were explained and I felt more relaxed, the audiologist, Maariyah Arshad, made me feel that what I was going through was normal, more importantly controllable, endorsing what I was already doing. I left feeling relieved pleased I had attended and a lot more informed of the condition I have and how I can live with it.
