I have been very impressed with the whole service; wax removal, hearing tests and hearing aid purchase. Alex has been very professional, helpful and patient. I previously had NHS hearing aids but struggled with the batteries and am so pleased to have the rechargeable, high spec aids. I am managing very well with the technology, and at 93 years old it’s an achievement.
