“Very good in all aspects. So pleased to find an excellent audiologist at last in Adam. Plenty of specialist equipment and big choice of hearing aids. Aftercare excellent. Nothing too much trouble and all my questions answered. No hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone.”

“The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Reception always do their best to find an appointment as soon as possible on a date and time I can fit around work snd always give a warm welcome. I saw Tom for my procedure this time and he was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend WS Hearing.”

“Amazing! I’ve had NHS and Private hearing aids for 20 odd years. My new ones from Stratford are the best ever and all because of the expert personal service. The consultation was an un rushed conversation about me and my personal needs and the environments I live in. It was not just a hearing test! Within a couple of hours I walked out with a pair of aids, programmed for me to test in the next couple of weeks. Yes, I bought them and what a difference to my life - I hear clearly out and about, at the theatre, in restaurants. My phone, car, music apps and tv come through my hearing aids but to watch tv with family with the sound set at their level and it also coming into my ears at my level is a revelation for us all. Maybe you know about all the gizmos, after service etc but that’s why I gave a 5* review because I didn’t, until they took the time to find out what I needed and which hearing aid would best suit me. I also popped in last week with a connection query and was seen and sorted immediately!”

“I had been struggling with poor hearing for some time. I now wished I had visited Maariyah at Stratford Hearing Centre sooner as she has made so much difference to my life. I can hear my family and friends clearly, enjoy television, the cinema, the theatre and once again hear the birds sing. The Centre is very pleasant to visit and has all the equipment to make sure you have the correct hearing aids for yourself. Maariyah explained everything very clearly and gave me great confidence to wear my hearing aids. Their follow up consultations, after being set up, are weekly then monthly until totally satisfied and Maariyah is always available for any questions/concerns. I highly recommend Stratford Hearing Centre.”

“I have been a client of Worcester Hearing Centre for six years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team are welcoming and approachable, and you are made to feel immediately comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. The Hearing Centre radiates its family feel, and they make you feel like you are a member of it too. Alex has been my audiologist since the beginning and has always been incredibly supportive. He has always demonstrated the perfect blend of professionalism and personal connection. He has led me through the whole process and has continually understood my personal needs better than anyone else in my prior experiences, both within the NHS and other businesses. When I found Worcester Hearing Centre, I’d all but given up on wearing hearing aids, and had no self-confidence, but with Alex’s support I have been able to find my confidence again. Now in my mid-twenties, I am unrecognisable compared to my first appointment, I now wear my hearing aids proudly! I’d like to add that the receptionist team are also exceptional and are always there to help with any concerns no matter how minor. Being a client of Worcester Hearing Centre and the relationship I have built with Alex has been life changing, and therefore I would never go anywhere else.”

“I have been a patient of Stratford Hearing Centre under the care of Maariyah my Audiologist. My experience with hearing aids have been life changing, I am now able to hear the football well and conversation is much easier, the on going aftercare and service has been reassuring that my hearing is being monitored.
