“I rang at 9am as I was a bit worried about the volume in my left ear. I was given an appointment for 11.30 with Adam. I arrived ten minutes early and Adam came to find me in minutes. He checked my ears and the hearing aids and told me that my left ear had done what he had hoped and was working. He re balanced to suit me and sent me in my way with a smile on my face”

“I was rather anxious when I decided to attend the Worcester Hearing Centre but from the moment I entered, I realised I was in good hands. My consultation with Alex was thorough and very professional. I felt confident that I had the right hearing aids for me and the follow up care has been excellent. “Worcester Hearing Centre have been so amazing! I have always been nervous about by ears but here I feel so comfortable and now feel so much happier and confident with my hearing aid (that I had been putting off for so long!) Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring, but Alex who has been helping me through my journey has just been amazing and I can tell he is so passionate about what he does! I honestly I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Great friendly customer service. You really feel supported in the hearing test session and after fitting follow up. The best aids are available and can be matched to individuals needs. It's only one week of use but these latest aids are amazing and I speak from 30 years of using hearing aids. Transformed my experience in a host of different sound environments. Now being fully part of conversations one to one or in groups. Can hear the birds sing! I only wish I had made this decision sooner. Its a life changer. They were supplied and fitted very quickly with very comprehensive guidance given. You get what you pay for and my experience has been worth every penny. . and my wife definitely agrees.”

“Excellent service. Would not go anywhere else in Worcester. Michelle was extremely efficient on reception. Found me a few appointments to pick from around my hours at work and was very knowledgeable when I was explaining my symptoms. The procedure was done the following week and again staff were very efficient and explained what they were doing at each step.”

“Laura has looked after my hearing problems for the past 12 months. Her advice and professional approach has been invaluable. I would not hesitate in recommending your practice in Stratford. The ladies on Reception Desk are so accommodating, welcoming everyone who walks through the door. Laura is always very punctual, which is a big bonus as I am always on a tight time scale. All staff have great personalities, a pleasure to visit.”

“Alex eaves from the worcester branch I saw today , well I had a outstanding service .I called he answered I explained I had a blocked ear from wax and was going away for My 20th wedding anniversary. He invited me at 2pm with 5 mins he called me back .come now ,I am so greatfull to Alex I really am and myself and my husband will do yearly visits now .so professional in every way from start 2 finish .such a pleasant gentleman . Thanks again Alex I can go away now and relax thanks 2 your fantadic service 😉”

“Myself and my wife constant bickering about who couldn’t hear who we booked into Stratford hearing centre for tests. We were greeted nicely by both Penny and Michelle and offered a drink. We were seen by Adam who explained the whole process throughout. We left with a great understanding of how our ears work and how it affects our day to day life. Really chuffed with the whole experience and will be back for our yearly check ups. Thank you to Penny, Michelle and Adam”

“I would definitely recommend Worcester Hearing clinic. Alex is amazing and is the most patient and caring person with customers. I went with my mom and she was really distressed with not being able to hear anything and Alex was magnificent with her. He sorted her with a hearing aid on that day and it was wonderful seeing her smiling again and not in tears. I can’t thank him enough.”
