“I am so pleased with the care and help Adam has given with my hearing aids. He explains everything so well and as I am a lady in her eighties he always respects that I need to understand how my hearing aids help me. He was very patient with me recently when he explained how to link my aids to my mobile phone using Bluetooth enabling me to enjoy music again. Jennie Mc”

“Having recently moved to Worcester and needing to find somewhere to deal with my hearing issues I found Worcester hearing centre. I was not disappointed. Their level of care, professionalism and friendliness was excellent. This was evident from my first visit and the welcome received from the reception staff right through to the treatment I needed by the audiologist. I will definitely go back for my check up next year.”

“With audiology problems making you feel vulnerable I was so impressed with the excellent care, time and professionalism afforded myself. The exceptional staff were all courteous & friendly both on arrival and during assessment. I was made to feel at ease and reassured in a spotless and welcoming setting. I can highly recommend this centre.”

“I went to Worcester Hearing centre as both my hearing aids had stopped working and my previous supplier couldn’t be contacted. I had a quick appointment and the a full hearing review as a new customer with Adam and I can honsestly say I have never had such a thorough consultation! Adam fully explained every step and went through all results and options, but most importantly fixed my aids on the day. To being offered a coffee by the lovely receptionist on arrival all the way to end of consultation couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”

“After a long time suffering with hearing problems I visited Stratford and was seen by Adam who was ultra professional and caring at the same time and after several visits for tests and being fitted with my new hearing aids I feel great and reassured that if there is any issue with them it will be dealt with immediately,thank you so much Adam,you are an absolute star and a credit to your profession.Thank you Stratford”

“I recieved a throughly professional experience from the team at Worcester Hearing Centre. From the first time I walked through door I was made to feel that my hearing needs would be carefully diagnosed using specialist equipment and that the appropriate solution for myself would be offered rather than a generic service. The follow up meetings to fine tune my hearing aids to suit my every day needs has been exemplary. I have now been wearing my hearing aids for 3 months and I can confidently say that they have changed my life. In social and private situations. I am now able to hear things that I have not heard or only slightly heard for over 20 years. I would highly recommend Worcester Hearing Centre if you are in need of professional hearing service.”

“At my first major review after a Q&A session it was found that my hearing in the right ear had deteriorated further. Adjustment was made to the right hearing aid and normal levels of hearing reinstated. Nice to know that you are in good and experienced hands.”

“After having a nasty virus which ended up causing an ear infection perforated ear drum and some hearing loss I decided to book a hearing test at Worcester Hearing Centre. I arrived to be greeted very warmly by the receptionist who straight away put me at ease. I was then introduced to Alex my audiologist who straight away made me feel very welcome and talked me through the procedure and hearing test. Over the last few weeks he has been very patient fine tuning my hearing aids to suit my lifestyle and is always at the end of a phone if I have any problems. I can now hear even better and my confidence has been boosted thanks to my visit there.”

“Extremely good customer service, got me an appt within 2 days and we’re flexible on times etc. on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful (sorry her name escapes me!) and talked me through the process. There was no delay and the gent who did the treatment was fast and very effective having talked me through it. All in all very very good and will use them again”

“Able to fit in an extra quick appointment to review my hearing aids. Seen within a few days of asking at a time convenient for me with my usual audiologist and issue solved on the day. “Would not hesitate in recommending Worcester Hearing Centre for anyone having issues with their hearing/hearing aids. From first contact with Alex I felt reassured that I was dealing with someone who was extremely knowledgeable and who also had a clear understanding of the issues arising from hearing loss. Following a detailed and comprehensive hearing assessment, Alex advised what options were available and gave objective advice on the best solution - no pressure selling - together we arrived at the best solution for me…so far so good, very pleased with the improvement my new hearing aids are providing.”
