DONT BUY, Worst Insurance company ever, these people are scammers, Please do not buy any cover from them because you will put yourself in their net and they will charge you so much for any cancellation fee that it would be impossible to leave.

They are scammers. They will put a debt on your name and threaten you to go to debt collectors if not paid. Do not get insurance from vavista. They are brokers and not an insurance company.

Tried contacting Vavista as no longer required the insurance. It was really difficult to converse with the telephone operator, they did not explain themselves and had zero customer service skills. They explained that there would be a charge of £75 to cancel the policy, I only have until the end of March left so I suggested that I would just let the policy lapse. I was informed that I would still have to pay the charge of £75 unless the policy was attached to another vehicle and that I would have a dent on my name. I have never had this experience with any other insurer, in fact the last time I did this with another insurer I received a little money back for insurance not used. I would not recommend vavista based on my experience.

I took a policy out paid in full 29/12/23, a week(05/01/24) later they contacted me saying that they would not honour my NCD so had to pay an extra charge, I shopped around and found an alternative company who would honour my NCD so called backed and cancelled with the 11/01/24 being the last day of the policy, received all the cancellation emails refunds breakdown etc on the 5th,its now 02/02/24 and no refund,conacted today and was told they have 28 days to issue it,what are you doing with my money? nothing takes 28 days absolute joke of a company

I had accident and nan fault claim that was hit and run and the claim department said yes this is non fault claim I change my car some refund which I call vivasta like 20 time every day different statment trust me I am very disappointed to give this feedback I had different coumpany insurance in the past it was not like that I leave my refund no need anymore but it is extremely disappointing First person ohh you will be recive in 7 days 2nd , you will be receive in 28 days 3rd , no refund at all 4th , oh once claim department confirmed non fault will straight give you refund 5rth, sorry you are not eligible for refund 6th , no refund All like this which they confirm that it was not my fault and plus give me my access back and no claim bonus .

Hi again today they start play again they cancelled my insurance from there side when i ask to cancelled they refuse and they want me to pay like what i said before more fees and then we talk about 14 days hold after i sold my car to see what can we do for the fees or buy new car and continue the policy but yesterday They said its cancelled i can not ad new car with screaming on phone when they talk to me in bad way and they make it like challenge after long call and refuse to transfer me to how is in charge one men call like what he say from management and i ask him are you from vavista he said yes and he promise to call back when he check the record call but not back to me any way today we call then they refuse to keep in 14 days hold them again just want me to pay and they ask me to send email to goskippy regarding payment and then i received email there no outstanding debit after few hours from same people send me email regarding payment what is this game and bade agent Cancelled my insurance for no risen the take like challenge And just ask for payment its……. Its very long message this for today tomorrow we will continue

I was with them less 30 days and they want charge me for fees around have the total of contra special the stuff they are not professional to deal with Clint or respect they shouting me and they dont wont to listen or transfer to how is in charge …… i advice every one be sure for how you dealing with before and take what questions you want on email coz you will surprise for to much how are playing games just to take money from you like scam this first review until my problem finish with them i will keep every day review for update what they do with me

, I just reported 8 months ago about I had an accident wasn’t my fault and day after I called them about agreement between Me and That man. And now I renewed my car insurance , They said 200£ more you have to pay , just for that report , Why???? Have you done something for me about that accident????

Disappointing Both of my cars were insured from Vavista Car Insurance. I sold one of my cars and naturally I called Vavista customer service and asked them to cancel the insurance of my sold car. Yesterday I learned that the insurance of my other car was also cancelled. When I learned this, I was shocked and called Vavista customer service. They said there was nothing they could do about this issue. .

doubled my policy price this year despite no change in circumstances or any claims. Only stayed with these as other companies are just as bad.

STAY AWAY Worst broker out there semt in the wrong documents for my partnee thought they wanted photo of licence they wanted the dvla summary, partner has learning difficulties and didnt realise this after them requesting the docs they didnt chase again not even a phone call, then one day randomly send me a text saying my insurance is cancelled, called them up that evening said cant do anythibg unless i provide the summary, couldnt do it on the DVLA as the government site didnt work as it was down... I will never use these again cancellation fees are ridicuolous nearly have as much as the policy...

Avoid this company!! Long and short of it is that I rang at 6.50pm last Friday to change the vehicle on my policy. The guy answered then said he would put me on hold for a minute to check my details (why on hold to check my name and address??) Then 10 minutes later, he came back and started to say that he was unable to hear the phone call! Then funnily enough hung up... I finally reached them today and after (on a recorded phone call) the change of vehicle had gone from £88 extra over the year to £201! They now want almost £800 to cancel the policy, so I am having to take this to ombudsman. I am asking to cancel the policy as I can get the same car insured for half the price with Go Skippy. The call center is based abroad and to be honest, I could barely understand a word the were saying. Poor company and very unprofessional. AVOID at all costs!!

After cancelling car insurance I was told it was one price to cancel before being asked for over an extra £100 on top of that - when I questioned I was told they would investigate a review my original telephone call to see what I was told - this instead I was passed on to a debt collection company. I had no issue with paying what was required. Instead they have escalated without any regards to what what they commiited themselves to. Not a company I would recommend or use on the future - but hey ho - you live and learn about bad business practice al the time.

Very bad, because online services is not available when I try to change my details by online , it doesn’t work , they said call help line then they changed admin fee This is unacceptable , cheating money very very bad service

Endeavoured to get insurance for my car on a Sunday so that my cover could start next day. Was given reference number by "compare the market" and was directed to Vavista website. Entered the required details but for some unknown reason my bank details were rejected. The web site invited me to try again but every time I did the site simply told me that "session over". I tried all ways to start a new "session". On the Monday I made a phone call to Vavista and was told to try again and revisit web site or the insurance would be £20 more.On three occasions these phone calls were made and three times the web site informed me "session over" before even being given the opportunity to enter my bank details. Ultimately I purchased the insurance by phone by giving the same reference number that I should have been able to use on-line. That cost me £20 more. I must stress however that the staff who I dealt with on-line were all very friendly and courteous, and did inform that there would be the extra charge. However the website was not allowing me to do this so I did purchase my insurance over the phone.
