“The worst car insurer I've ever had. My parked car was damaged by the other motorists, the photo evidence was attached to the claim and all what the insurer is offered is to scrap my non claim discount unless I will provide CCTV footage because the wrongdoer escaped from the scene of incident. Basically I've paid substantial insurance fee to be penalised for someone else's fault. Avoid this company.”

“More like online scammers, not an insurance company.
I had a car insurance policy with them. I missed my payment due to difficulties, it's all on me my fault. So I phoned the insurance company to pay for it. Customer service advised paying the sum via premium credit(their partners or something) and calling back to inform Vavista about the payment. I did everything as per instructions, phoned shortly after to confirm however I got the answer that my policy has been cancelled and within 7 days they will come back to me to let me know if I will get my money back not only which I paid today but also the deposit they took on day 1. They telling me that's not guaranteed. So nearly £400 is gone now. This will be reported and has to be investigated.”

“Very unhappy with them. I've been only a customer for one day and spent £70 for absolutely nothing. I had to cancel my policy before it started because of "uninsurable address" and they would not refund my deposit even though the policy wasn't due to start in two weeks and it wasn't my fault anyway. Disgraceful.”

“I cancelled my policy in the first 14 days specifically after 6 days and after £80 deposit I received back £20, (supposed to be cancellation free in the first 14 days) allot of hidden fees, whatsoever stay away from this no name tricky brokers.”

“I am writing to share my experience with Vavista regarding the cancellation of my car insurance policy. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating due to incorrect charges and a lack of resolution despite multiple communications.
I was charged £53.69 by Vavista, attributed to Premium Credit Limited, even though I received confirmation of a £48.13 refund from them. Despite providing evidence of this refund, the discrepancy has not been addressed in the final amount claimed by Vavista.
I hope Vavista will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and billing practices in the future”

“This company are thieves in my opinion. I cancelled my policy and rather than just charge my cancellation fee they wish to charge me over 400 pounds equal to more than 4 months' insurance, despite up to date payments and the credit company saying no money owed. They send extremely threatening emails, contradicting themselves and trying to justify the costs even though the credit agreement company confirmed no money was owed. They send correspondence at 4 a.m in the morning! Please believe the negative reviews here.
The lady Michelle Naidoo who dealt with my complaint is unable to understand simple logic. Later correspondence quoted a different sum for money owed, which remains unfair and illogical. They continue to harass me for over 250 pounds threatening to refer me to credit collection.
I have now referred the matter to the Ombudsman. Avoid them at all costs.”
