Disappointing
Both of my cars were insured from Vavista Car Insurance. I sold one of my cars and naturally I called Vavista customer service and asked them to cancel the insurance of my sold car. Yesterday I learned that the insurance of my other car was also cancelled. When I learned this, I was shocked and called Vavista customer service. They said there was nothing they could do about this issue. .
