Terrible customer service..... I was involved in an accident and my insurance company couldn't help me with recovery my vehicle 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolute joke waited for a call back after agreeing to a quote for renewal they called twice 2 days before it ran out only to put me on hold then hang up on me them calling me back once my policy was over with ridiculously priced quotes left me uninsured made me wait costing me £200 in temp cover whilst I waited only to once again let me down again. Finally got in touch after ME chasing them for days to tell me they can't do nothing please please STAY AWAY they are con artists complete joke.

Had a car insured with you for four years car was written off not my fault went to stay with you because I got a new car you were totally unrealistic said my car was a risk but It was exactly the same just different car would never use you again ever

they take long to answer. put you on hold for ages. the call cuts off. they are not very helpful at all been calling since th past 5days so vavista im sure you can see this . id like a call back please here is my registration: BK08 FDD call me back thanks and help me with my problem as you my insurance and i pay you. also my email is below if you want to know who wrote this email

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY RENEWAL IS DUE AND WAS QUOTED £2100 with 4 years NC bonus, then to add salt to wound I was told it's because they thought my son is the main policy holder. What a stupid excuse as I always check my policy in details. I have now got my new car insurance with LV for £1060. Thanks for the poor service and trying to pull a fast one!!

My name is Perri Taylor I have been with Debenhams car insurance for two years no problem, it gets changed over to this company and my policy went up double the price! when I rang up to ask why the lady was very unhelpful and told me that it was because they had change companies, I told the lady I couldn’t afford that price and to cancel my policy I would have to find another company. They have stolen £112 out of my account I am still waiting after five days for a call back to tell me what’s happening? I get I silenced call at 5:18 on a Saturday when I tried to ring back 5:20 the phone cuts me of I ring back and the company is closed! So now I have to wait till Monday to get back in touch with somebody. Not good and when my new insurance goes to take the money from my account it’s not going to be there! so therefore I’m going to get charged on top of my money being stolen out of my account this has made me very unhappy as I suffer with mental health issues and I’ve had to take medication to try and calm down from the situation This has made me very unwell. Don’t Use This Company

On to my third attempt to call their customer service regarding my renewal, second attempt was 20 minutes on hold to be rung off and disconnected, what a great customer service, and at 20p a minute, not happy. My third attempt is currently at 11 minutes 38 seconds. The policy was changed from Debenhams, and the renewal was over £100 more than the cheapest quote. I can't talk to them, because I'm constantly on hold, so I won't be renewing with them, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I can't even find any online contact through the website or customer portal. Very poor indeed.

I tried to contact someone from this company (12/07/2021) by phone by email...noboby ...I just want to let them know I sold my car and I do not nrrd insurance anymore...today is 19/07/2021...still anyone want to talk to me or to listen...the worst company ever....

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star! I have been calling, emailing and sending call back requests all week now. I have car insurance that needs to be transferred onto another vehicle and i cant get it taxed or drive it because of this sham of a company. Really don't know where to go with this next. I am so frustrated with such unprofessionalism

I took a policy online yesterday for my car VU14LPO payed the first payment received email as attached confirmation of set up and payment and to wait 24 hours for log in details. So this morning still nothing and showing not insured. So tried to call customer service from email to be passed to 5 different people and told no record so where did my payment go and why no policy. He then said all can do is wait that is not good enough this is a total joke no policy 70 pound down and passed to 5 different people that is not good customer service and I'm left with nothing tild to wait ?

Send 5 times higher quotes when called they said can't do anything ask them not to renew my policy still got a email saying we haven't heard from you called them again after long que coz wait a moment and put phone down

As a customer for 3 years now my premiums have gone up each year had no claims had to go third party fire and theft as fully comp would of been an extra £500 per yr so after this comment doubt I’d get the £100 voucher definitely will be changing my provider next year

This company stole extra money from my account. When I challenged them they basically refused to refund me the £200 taken. Despite evidence! And told me it’s not their problem as I used a comparison website to take out my policy. So I requested to cancel which again they wanted to charge me, even though my policy had not started. Took them 2 weeks to cancel my policy. I have spoken to over 7 advisors, who fobbed me off daily. The only person who managed to help me and get this resolved was Chris from the complaints department. After being told for 2 weeks to wait and basically stop calling, when trying to get my money back. Spoke to Chris this morning and had got a refund the same day. So thank you Chris! The rest of the staff I spoke to such as Tiffany and Sphe are useless. RUDE and have 0 customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, 2 weeks of hassle, TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! They ignored my emails also. So avoid spend and little extra and go with a company with a good reputation. As I can only imagine the headache if you need to make a claim.

Been with Debenhams car insurance for the past 2 years, received my annual car price quote which was fine! However when I rang up I got a rude lady on the phone when I gave her my reference number they tried to add an extra £400 on to my policy all because I was moving house address! Even tho everything else on my policy was the same even a home drive to keep my car parked on was the same, they wanted to charge me extra £400 Which I think is discrimination, may have to make a switch next year I’d prefer a car insurance that values there existing customers

£200 to add business cover and lose out massively if i cancel. Set up an account with debenhams and now have a company with the highest fees possible! AVOID

I am 52 yrs old, drove a car since the age of 17, and this has to be the worst insurance company, I have ever experienced. The worst of the worst. Stay away
