“Very disappointed by the ladies attitude who answered my call this lady needs to go on a customer aware course in my opinion she should not be dealing with potential customers the conclusion was satisfactory in that the price was in my budget and the transaction went through after 35 minuites on the phone!!!”

“Of course you never know how a company operates until you have to make a claim, which we have not had to do. But ... the sign up process was straight forward and the price was OK. We did not get many of the standard "extras" we are used to but the "basics" was acceptable and affordable.
Until we have to deal with customer services or process a claim we can only give a medium review - and this is base on only price.
If you "get what you pay for" we could be in for a nasty shock. Hopefully we will never need to find out.”
“Website all fine and easy to use, insurance taken out and paid for but still not connected to the main insurance database showing anpr ect that the car is actually insured which is rather concerning as its all electronic. Let's hope it doesn't cause any issues..”
“Sorted my renewal but all a bit rushed. Tried to discuss if any cheaper options and why pay upfront on a renewal but was not clearly explained and hurried along. If found cheaper elsewhere wouldntt have stayed.
