“We ordered mutton for a curry which was lean and delicious, a pork joint which I was told was an amazing roast and we look forward to the chicken wings tomorrow! Would definitely recommend and order again.”

If you eat meat l believe buying smaller amounts of high quality produce from people who are passionate about animal welfare, sustainable farming and nose to tail butchery is worth anyone's support.”

“These are the best butchers you'll find. It starts with great produce Heritage Breeds. Himalayan dry aged and whole carcass. Brilliant. The rspecials are innovative but the stars of the show are the steaks”

“I ordered diced mutton, minced mutton and Calabrian sausages. So far I’ve only tried the diced mutton and the Calabrian sausages both have worked out, when cooked, exactly as hoped. I will definitely recommend and I will be reordering in the not too distant future.”

“The beef cheeks arrived next day after ordering.., as promised. Beautifully and carefully packed with everything being able to be recycled … including the cold packs. The slow cooked meals I made with this meat were delicious! Will be ordering again!”
