“Lovely piece of beef for big family meal, cooked to medium rare in the Aga. Everyone commented on the flavour/tenderness. Ordered on Thursday afternoon, arrived at time specified on Saturday morning, delivered by DPD. Will use Swaledale again as a result.”

“Having previously purchased a selection of top quality Lamb & Mutton products, I chose a range of prepared Beef products including a roasting joint, ribs, Salt Beef, Smoked Cured Tongue & sausages. Cooked Salt Beef simply at home with really good results, divided Yorkshire Breakfast Sausagemeat into 8 patties & enjoyed home cooked version of well known Breakfast treat. Cannot fault the quality of the tasting experience & you definitely get what you pay for. Thoroughly recommend this Yorkshire Butcher from Tongue to Tail.”

“I have only tried two items from my order. The lambs liver was wonderful and apart from some calves liver I bought years ago I have not had better. We tried the small pork joint on Mothering Sunday which was also nice. I am looking forward to the rest; in particular the salt beef which I haven't tasted since the 60s!
