I have only tried two items from my order. The lambs liver was wonderful and apart from some calves liver I bought years ago I have not had better. We tried the small pork joint on Mothering Sunday which was also nice.
I am looking forward to the rest; in particular the salt beef which I haven't tasted since the 60s!
