Having previously purchased a selection of top quality Lamb & Mutton products, I chose a range of prepared Beef products including a roasting joint, ribs, Salt Beef, Smoked Cured Tongue & sausages. Cooked Salt Beef simply at home with really good results, divided Yorkshire Breakfast Sausagemeat into 8 patties & enjoyed home cooked version of well known Breakfast treat. Cannot fault the quality of the tasting experience & you definitely get what you pay for. Thoroughly recommend this Yorkshire Butcher from Tongue to Tail.
