“I had booked delivery for my day off to ensure I was home but it was delivered the day after. It was very hot weather but thankfully I was able to pop out of work to put it in the fridge. I haven't tried what I ordered yet but it looks lovely and I do intend to order from Swaledale again as their range looks amazing!”

“I HAVE NO COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS,BUT THE DELIVER WAS NOT THE BEST,I HAD AN E/MAILTO SAY THAT THE PARCEL WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 14TH . IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THE 15TH AND SOME OF THE ICEBAGS WERE STARTING TO MELT. FORTINATELY THE MEAT WAS OK. YOURS JOHN H SAVAGE”

“I can't recommend Swalesdale Butchers highly enough .Their meat is second to none . All their meat comes from Yorkshire and is the best quality . Any hiccups in the machine are soon rectified and a big shout out to Dawn in customer support for her sterling work .Makes me want to go and live in Yorkshire meat is so good.”

“Swaledale continue to be my go to place for quality meat. The products are excellent and the customer service is second to none. I had a problem with a previous order caused solely by the courier driver and it was sorted promptly and smoothly by Swaledale where I was made to feel a very valued customer. Couldn't fault them at all.”
