“Very prompt service, all meat packaged well, ordered the Burns pie which was in a cardboard box but had been placed at the bottom of the main box, the pie had survived although the box was slightly squashed.Very much looking forward to trying all the meat we ordered.”

“I received my first delivery from Swaledale last week and I can honestly say that to am very pleased. As a professional chef I care deeply about both the quality and provenance of the meat I buy, and Swaledale tick all the boxes for me. From offal to prime cuts, the quality of the butchery and flavour and texture of the meat are spot on, and the product range is one of the most extensive I have seen from an online butcher. I have used a few different online butchers previously and, while their product quality has been good, aggressive price hikes and availability have been a problem - Swaledale seem to have ordinary customers like me more in mind. If my first order is anything to go by I would give them a solid 10/10.”

“First time ordering from Swaledale Butchers. Ordered Ribeye steaks, Venison sausages and burgers. Arrived well packaged and vacuum sealed. Split them down into meal size portions. The sausages are delicious. I expect the burgers to be same. The Ribeye steaks haven't been tried yet, though they look exactly as seen in pictures. Will be ordering again on a regular basis 👌👍”

“Top quality meat. Thought I'd give the supermarket a swerve and glad I did. There's cuts and meats here I can't get. I was a little dubious about meat being delivered via courier but the packaging is fantastic. Arrived cold and it's all recyclable.”

“The quality of the meat is amazing and they operate an excellent delivery service. Had a fabulous rump roast recently so tender and flavoursome. One thing, could you reduce the £minimum order as I would love to order more often as I don’t like to freeze meat? And it would be useful if we could communicate more easily if, for example, there’s a problem with delivery.”
