“Excellent quality meat at fair price. We used to use a different online butcher and have been very impressed with the meat we've had delivered from Swaledale on trying them. we will be continuing with them. Best product we've tried so far.. Everything! The lambs liver was so tender and flavoursome absolutely amazing and the bacon lardons out of this world. The gammon steaks and rump steaks so tasty. So impressed.”

“We love receiving a delivery from Swaledale and always include one or two new things to try. The range and quality of the meat is second to none and the delivery method works perfectly. The website ordering system is very easy to operate for someone who often doesn't get on with ordering online!!”

“Some of the best meat I have eaten in decades. The Pork is superb as moist, tasty with a decent level of fat to get great crackling. No need to salt as such excellent quality. The service is brilliant and well worth the cost. Also have cuts that are harder to source but are economical when cooked correctly, like Breast of Lamb. As there is no waste, works out a lot cheaper than other suppliers, especially supermarkets. Will definitely being using again.”

“Tried for first time at Christmas with the porchetta. A triumph all round. Have made a recent order, the pork chops are magnificient and taste and look like pork chops used to, before the cling filmed supermarkets took over. Pay more for proper meat but they are outstanding quality and protein packed which makes them filling. Will continue to order. Braising steak cooked with onion, garlic, red wine/stock and mushrooms. Slow cooked and melted in the mouth. Superb”
